solutions that are as dynamic as the customers/clients we serve.

This approach is more than a process; it’s a cycle of continuous improvement, designed to foster long-term trusted partnerships and drive exceptional results.

Discover

This face-to-face discovery stage is on site. We look, listen and learn and collaboratively work with you to understand your pain points.

These pain points are documented and agreed on, then a report is submitted. This is then taken back to the team to find the necessary solutions.

Develop

Develop

With our suggested solutions, often involving sample product innovations, we come back on site to conduct time/motion studies of the fulfilment processes.

This will often involve extensive time on the production floor testing product-by-product to ensure we are providing necessary efficiency.

Often this will result in tweaks and adaptations to the product from valuable feedback gleaned from the operation environment. Typically at this stage any further design changes result in the perfect product.

Determine

Product line-up is now agreed, as efficiencies have been recognised. At this stage we also look at reducing SKUs, will the new product solution fulfil more than one product?

From numerous case studies, our multi-purpose solutions will rationalize and consolidate your SKUs by up to 40%.

Commercial terms are agreed covering price, credit terms and price-hold duration.

Deploy

We work together to understand annual usage and use our IFT (Intelligent Forecasting Tool) to establish the monthly/quarterly demand. From this, we establish a delivery schedule, MOQs and stock holding agreement.

Subject to any stock you’ll have on hand or with incumbent vendors, we determine a go-live date. Now accompanied by a commitment from you, we procure raw materials and book production time.

“The Wheel of Support” we now introduce you to other members of our team (this is often face-to-face or by virtual meeting) who will support you and your colleagues in delivering a seamless transition and delightful customer experience.
